The colourful nose shows marzipan and tart, pleasant chocolate style. The unique palate suggests overt chocolate, almond character, yet leaving enough room for wildness of the sweet-tart note of the fresh fruit. Very harmonious and complex at the same time. Well-done pálinka, truly unique in style, recommended for everyone.
It’s still fresh despite of the ageing, crisp with some chocolate and reserved wood character, underlined by vanilla, further adding to the complexity. The dark chocolate and the ripe aromas suggest a very fine beverage indeed. Dark chocolate appears on the palate as well, accompanied by tart finish and marzipan in the back.
Crystal clear golden colour with a green tinge. The nose points to honey, candy, chocolate which is in perfect harmony with the vanilla and cinnamon coming from the barrel. The flavour profile is almost like a master confectioner had put the creamy, caramel Dobos cake into a glass, and created with this a fruity, chocolaty curiosity. Truly a beverage for the festive occasions.
Well knit, complex nose and an avalanche of flavours. Pronounced kernel note of marzipan, almond, floral yet endless fruity aromas make the picture complete. Stimulating, fiery kick off followed by a fine round and clean style. Chocolate and pleasantly tart on the mid palate, lingering for eternity and coming a life.
