Villányi Bedded Grape marc Pálinka

Pale straw yellow colour. Wood, tart like character appear on the nose with some smoky note. Suggesting mainly Kékfrankos, as varietal character, showing red berry fruits. Kernel oily, piquant, stalky green spiciness and pleasant vanilla pop up on the palate. The almost sweet like finish reminds us of a fine cake, the overt spiciness from the oak follows
us all the way to the end.

„Újfehértói meggypálinka” – Bedded Sour Cherry Pálinka of Újfehértó

Deep purple colour with golden shade. Complex nose with ripe fruitiness, tart waxy note and a hint of chocolate in the back. Quite mouth-filling with tart and marzipan tones at the same time on the palate, wellbedded style. Long lingering finish with round aromas, flavours.

„Szabolcsi almapálinka” – Bedded Apple Palinka of Szabolcs

Pleasant spicy, ripe, waxy nose with restrained fruit character. Rather pronounced on the palate with delicate spiciness, sweet and caramel like tone. Some tart skin character appears at the finish with a hint of waxiness.

N16 – Bedded Sour Cherry Pálinka

Ruby colour. Elegant, soft chocolate like notes, candy and the tartness of the fruit peel seduce the consumer. Candied orange, due to the bedding process, followed by chocolate and fine, sweet, spicy tones. Long finish with harmony and smooth structure.

The colour recalls nicely the shades of sour cherry. Fresh fruity tone on the nose, overt, sweet with sour cherry marmalade. Spicy on the palate with kernel character and some tartness. Harmonious with long finish.

The colour recalls the juice of the fresh fruit. Overt, fruity and pleasant sour cherry aromas appear on the nose due to the bedding. The palate is pronounced, sour cherry liquor like, accompanied by a touch of piquant spiciness. The fruitiness is quite dominant on the finish with racy sweetness.
