The nose is dominated by rose, peony and perfume notes, which are the characters of the variety. The palate suggests crisp sweet fruitiness, followed by tart-bitter tones. Harmonious and pleasantly complex drink with long finish, very memorable pálinka.
The pale lemon colour refers to the bedding. The cool nose shows citrus, quince peel character and some sweetness from the fruit, thanks to the bedding. Sweet touch appears on the palate as well with the freshness of the mint and the smokiness of the seed. Well-made pálinka, which is still harmonious despite of the high alcohol level.
Very floral on the nose, organ, violet and sweet note, underlined by a plum like fruitiness in combination with spiciness. The certain sweet character reminds us to plum dumpling with cinnamon on the palate, followed by some sour touch, as well as milk chocolate. The pálinka shows complete harmony in its aroma world.
Powerful, definite spiciness, underlined by honey, citrus and slightly hairy style, all typical characters of the variety. After the slightly piquant waxy note, long lingering compote like flavours show up. Fresh on the nose, the pleasant aromas are tempting, an easy-to-drink pálinka indeed.
The well-knit, spicy, citrus, fruity notes are certainly pleasant. The acidity of the fruit is not tempered by the sweetness of the fruitbed. The high alcohol content makes it truly characterful and masculine with long finish.
Floral, Muscat like aroma notes, as expected from the variety, elegant and well-rounded. The flavour profile suggests fruity, floral tones, rose, oily kernel and grape characters. Straight with a reserved finish and a higher alcohol, which looks just fine for the pálinka.
