Fine, deep golden colour. The varietal character is very much overt and direct, suggesting tart red berry fruit and discrete raisin. The vanilla note on the palate comes from the wood, in combination with some stalky pungent and spicy piquant touch of the kernel oiliness. Long, pleasant finish. Well-made grape marc pálinka.

The palate points to the deep kernel, citrus, spicy, red berry notes with honey character, something one expects from the elderberry. Comlex aroma world and long lingering aftertaste.
