Clean and intensive on the nose. Spicy character, recalling soft, spring like flower garden with the crisp and stony fleshy note of the fresh fruit. The skin character and the compote tone of the ripe pear appear together. One almost feels, as he/she would bite into a freshly harvested fruit from the tree. Truly elegant product with long finish.

The deep tone on the nose shares syrup, jammy notes, followed by long lingering kernel character. Full-bodied on the palate with forest fruit and jammy tones, underlined by fine mint and herbal aromas. Harmonious and wild at the same time.

The ripe jammy fruit dominates the nose, followed by green spiciness. The fruity character changes quickly to almond and roasted walnut on the palate with a long lingering aftertaste.

Forest red berry fruit such as raspberry, blueberry and blackberry appear on the nose, accompanied by smoky, tobacco and sweet character. It reminds one to autumn forest aromas. Wild fruitiness appears on the palate.

Wild, youthful and dynamic start, followed by pleasantly spicy, dried sour cherry, almond and caramel characters on the nose. Complex mouthfeel, pronounced, masculine like. It shows power by presenting its fine varietal character, yet still remains unique. The chocolate on the finish with a slight elevation of acidity supports the long finish. Well-rounded, fiery product.

Fairly fruity on the nose with fresh spicy, herbal notes, mint, anise and marzipan. It recalls nicely the skin character of the variety with red berry fruit and sweet jammy touch, underlined by a dash of marzipan. Long lingering chocolate on the finish, pleasant and memorable indeed. Well-balanced, well-knit composition, an elegant drink.

Fresh, lively, lovage-citrus note captures one immediately. Next to the spicy character there is a fine compote like character with seductive fruitiness, underlined by a soft waxy tone from the back. Quince flesh appears on the palate in combination with the aromas from the scent. Harmonious, fine product with long finish.

Interesting spiciness captures one’s attention. Everything is at place, yet pronounced quince and Lepotica plum come through with more weight. Slightly waxy, piquant note of quince, softened by the fruitiness of plum. The floral tone of Irsai Olivér makes it more complex. Very fine composition.
