It’s still fresh despite of the ageing, crisp with some chocolate and reserved wood character, underlined by vanilla, further adding to the complexity. The dark chocolate and the ripe aromas suggest a very fine beverage indeed. Dark chocolate appears on the palate as well, accompanied by tart finish and marzipan in the back.

Crystal clear golden colour with a green tinge. The nose points to honey, candy, chocolate which is in perfect harmony with the vanilla and cinnamon coming from the barrel. The flavour profile is almost like a master confectioner had put the creamy, caramel Dobos cake into a glass, and created with this a fruity, chocolaty curiosity.
