Herbal, wood like character, overt and quite masculine. Multi layered spiciness goes well with the vanilla notes from the barrel as well as the clove and Muscat like floral aromas. Long, remarkable finish with distinctive elegance.

Irsai Olivér Grape marc Pálinka

Golden colour with greenish tinge. The pronounced nose is full of refreshing fruitiness and balsamic perfume notes. The rose like attributes of the grape, underlined by some vanilla from the wood, support the complex picture. Fruit-driven on the palate, accompanied by some oak, suggesting refined cake like aromas, followed by sweet raisin, walnut and vanilla tones. Long lingering finish with fine mouthfeel.

The colour recalls the yellow shades of the sunset. Grapey Muscat tones and pronounced floral character appear on the nose, underlined by reserved, oak-given spiciness. The raisin spicy notes are backed up by the vanilla, cinnamon tone of the wood. Still fresh with an excellent maturation time, lively and elegant pálinka at the same time. Truly a remarkable and fine product with well-knit, long lingering finish.
