The pleasant, aromatic, perfumed and floral-driven note recalls the refreshing scent of the freshly mown field in combination with Muscat like tones. The Muscat character dominates the flavour profile, showing tart green spiciness. Harmonious, unique product.

Irsai Olivér Grape Pálinka

Craggy varietal character appears straight ahead. Slightly tart on the nose with floral character, suggesting mallow and geranium. The grape skin on the palate supports the tart, slightly bitter, green, lime tone. Fine finish at the end.

Blackcurrant Pálinka

Herbal and red berry notes appear on the scent. Smooth flavour profile with red berry, citrus and herbal elements. Typical varietal character on the finish with easy drinking style, soft, smooth blackcurrant pálinka.

It’s worth to let it breathe, after opening up, it shows pleasant spicy and floral characters. Light, typical sour cherry notes, accompanied by discrete almond marzipan like kernel character, covered in a soft tartness. The long lingering finish gives a rather pleasant experience.
