The nose recalls the sweet, tart, clove character of the fresh fruit. Very refreshing on the palate, underlined by compote and Muscat like aromas, which highlight its special quality. Sweetly soft, suggesting the juicy, fleshy character of the fruit. It shows nicely the rather difficult-to-extract varietal character. During the tasting we almost get the sensation of biting into a fresh fruit.
Notes of citrus, fruit, Muscat like character showing all the attributes of the variety, underlined by various rose types making it complete. The flavour profile suggest Muscat resembling perfume with some kernel character. Clean in style, without any tannic grip, lovely on the finish as well. Seductive and special it is indeed a very tempting and captivating product.
Pale amber colour with some straw yellow hue suggest richness and colourful aromas. Herbal, medicinal, fennel characters cast a lovely shadow on to the deep, sweet aromas of the blackberry fruit. Golden colour. Deep on the nose full of fruit and spiciness, the wood is completing the picture with the vanilla and creamy notes making it rounder. The fruit is complemented by the cinnamon, walnut, vanilla and clove notes. Velvet like texture on the palate with rich spiciness, sweet, slightly marzipan on the end, making it quite memorable.

The nose completely recalls the slightly austere, floral, little bit wild-tart character of the variety. Plenty of fruit on the palate elevated by the kernel note of marzipan. Harmony is undone by the touch of almond at the end, it finishes with this astringent note.
Light, refreshing on the nose, as well as on the palate. The fine fruit character already comes through on the nose, suggesting sweet and tart notes. Fruity and spice tones dominate the mouthfeel. Lovely, sweet touch of marzipan appears towards the end.
Loud, yet still elegant, perfumed, floral, but not pushy at all. Pleasant, tart kernel oil appears on the nose and on the palate as well, followed by Muscat and fruity tone. The honey aromas of the Williams pear and the spiciness of the Bosc Kobak are showing a fine harmony. Pleasantly piquant with some citrus and good mid palate depth. An interesting pear pairing.
