Typical spicy, sweet waxy note accompanied by light elegance. A full stop for a moment on the palate, then opening with sweetness, pleasantly pungent. The kernel core with the tart notion looks just fine. The lead aromas become quickly muted, while the alcohol takes over hand with some well rounded sweetness.

Fairly wild on the nose with honey and red berry fruit. Kernel tartness, accompanied by some honey on the palate, underlined by a citrus like refreshing tone, robust and piquant on the finish.

Some wild, leathery note on the nose. Truly craggy and overt, masculine style with fruit and green spiciness. Deeper fruit attributes on the palate, mainly dominated by fruit stalk with some green spiciness.

The spiciness of the apple is followed by the waxiness of the fruit and enhanced by the woody character of the barrel, such as vanilla. Due to the ageing there is some tannic grip as well which adds to the elegance. The flavour profile suggest apple and spiciness in combination with some wood aromas coming from the barrel. The dry tasting note shows also complete balance, truly a harmonious product.
