Very elegant, comparing to other blackcurrant pálinkas, certainly not a dividing example. Well-rounded over the years, moderate freshness with great harmony. The complex flavours are full of spiciness, like anise, mint and clove. Rich fruity finish, underlined by oakiness.

Golden colour. Elegant, spicy notes and sweet raisin, white wine, vanilla like aromas appear on the nose, underlined by the tart personality of the grape. Rich on the palate as well with pronounced fruitiness and sweet, piquant skin character. Fine vanilla, coconut and tannic tones. The rich use of oak looks just fine, adding further roundness and harmony to the product. Long, velvet finish.

Long lingering flavours with overt spiciness. Long finish.
