Floral and spicy notes of the fruit variety with skin character and some marzipan touch, underlined by dark chocolate on the nose. Sweetness and tartness appear at the same time with candy like, marzipan tone, full body and ripe flavour profile. An exciting product with medium finish.

The nose completely recalls the slightly austere, floral, little bit wild-tart character of the variety. Plenty of fruit on the palate elevated by the kernel note of marzipan. Harmony is undone by the touch of almond at the end, it finishes with this astringent note.

The pleasant aroma of the raspberry is dominating the nose as well as the palate. Overt kernel oiliness of the raspberry on the flavour profile, followed by some tart and waxiness thanks to the apple. An interesting match.

The nose points to fresh, crisp fruit, citrus pomegranate character, all harmonize just fine. Youthful and exciting on the flavour profile, first recalling lively fruitiness backed up by jammy, brittle like notes. Harmonious, long finish almost as a basket of ripe fruit would stay on the table.

Compared to the fruit variety the nose seems somewhat shy, yet nice spicy, skin character and slight note of marzipan, dark chocolate make it quite fine. Sweet tart notes on the palate with some spiciness popping up. Medium long finish, well made, exciting product.

Citrus nose, accompanied by restrained dried fruitiness and slightly overripe pear in the back. Overt flavour profile, underlined by citrus, sweet perfume and spiciness. Soft and oily mouthfeel with long finish. Very fine example of the variety.

Exciting and elegant pálinka for the summer get-togethers with plenty of spiciness and well-knit fruitiness, which would be still delightful with lower alcohol volume. Fine finish with pleasant dry tasting note.

Marzipan and citrus like on the nose with pleasant, ethereal aroma, underlined by some jamminess and the experience of the freshly picked apricot. Very complex on the palate as well, velvet, soft notes with spicy, jammy and long lingering personality. Powerful, yet balanced at the same time. By sipping it we certainly get in a summery mood and the world just simply slows down around us.
