Chokeberry Pálinka

Discrete fruitiness, chokeberry on the nose, underlined with a shy kernel note. The typicity comes with quiet spiciness. Light marzipan and piquant, wild, tart flavour combination, followed by some green tone in the back. Medium long finish with a rather memorable experience.

Blackberry Pálinka

Soft on the nose with fresh fruit character, that recalls a spring garden. Overt spiciness on the palate, led by green spices, green freshness and spring floral attributes. Reserved elegance, harmonious product with a green spiciness at the end and long lingering finish.

Érlelt Golden Apple Pálinka – 2016

Straw yellow colour. The pronounced nose shows waxy character and sweet apple, underlined by some spiciness. Fruit-driven style, accompanied by vanilla, slightly tart, sour apple aroma and pleasant oaky tone. Long finish with a touch of elegant grapefruit on the end.

Quince Pálinka – 2016

Overt perfume note, accompanied by the depth of quince cheese and compote like aromas. Fruit-driven on the palate as well with citrus, ripe and full body, masculine personality and long, tart finish.

Quince – Penyigei Plum Mixed Fruit Pálinka – 2016

The nose suggests citrus and refreshing style of quince. The plum adds some perky character to the pálinka, which presence we only assume. The red berry notes and kernel personality of plum come across, enhanced by the dominant quince.

The sour cherry bonbon like note, the chocolate and the grape blossom make it quite exciting and playful by turning up our senses right at the beginning. Burst of Muscat and chocolate-cocoa tones, underlined by the fine marzipan character of plum on the palate, fiery indeed. Harmonious product, which is well-balanced by the act of the fruit.
